It's Been Two Big Months! So What's Different?
It's been two months now since we transitioned from Shabby2Chic Boutique into Kath & Kin, and what a big change it's been! We have had so much lovely feedback on the new website, our reasons for changing and the new products we have introduced, and we're so glad you love them.
We have been able to introduce so many new and exciting products, such as our new Contemporary Collection, our new Stainless Steel Sets and other items we think you'll love, such as our Coconut Bowls and Cutlery Set! We're going to be adding lots of new stylish, personalised home organisation products, along with some other new unique and interesting items that we're looking forward to sharing with you!
Our much loved and best-selling Pump Bottles have also received a selection of new colour options, along with our very own new and exclusive Kath & Kin official font! Our Sage Green Pump Bottles are ideal for adding a clean and tranquil look to your washing areas, whereas our Pink Pump Bottles are perfect if you prefer a cute look to your bathroom and counters. All of our previous colours have also been updated to include our new stylish and exclusive font for the wording on your pump bottles!
You may remember our post at the beginning of the year "Small Business, Big Impact" about the changes we had made during 2020 and our decision to reduce our impact on the environment. There are many things we want to be proud of here at Kath & Kin and being a sustainable, responsibly and environmentally aware brand is certainly one of them. This was a very big part of our rebrand from Shabby2Chic Boutique to Kath & Kin we were working hard on in the background. When we were designing our new packages this was at the forefront of our minds, ensuring that we were being as environmentally friendly as possible. This is why one of the new changes we are most proud of is our partnership with the One Tree Planted scheme.
You may have noticed at checkout an option to add "One Tree to be Planted" for 72p, by adding this to your basket along with your other purchases, your 72p will be sent straight to One Tree Planted, to plant a tree somewhere in the world that needs it most. The best part, whenever you purchase a tree, we will match it, donating a second tree to the scheme. Since the launch of the new website as part of our rebrand to Kath & Kin at the end of May, together we have been able to plant 186 new trees! Trees help clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitat to over 80% of the world's terrestrial biodiversity, and it is something we are extremely proud to support and be a part of.
