We accept returns or exchanges within 28 days

We ask you contact us within 14 days of the item being received and return within 14 days of first contact

You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund

The exception to this is is an item is personalised 

Items must be returned to us safely packaged in the same condition they are received

Please note: You must contact us for the correct return address. The registered address on our website is for administrative purposes only, and returns sent to this address will not reach us and will be at the customer's risk.

Furniture items and damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise we will not be able to process your claim. Please take photographs of all damages and send these in the first instance, these should be sent to support@kathandkin.com and have "DAMAGED FURNITURE ITEM" in the title. We cannot refund items that are reported beyond 48 hours past the delivery date.
